Flash of Genius stars Greg Kinnear, Lauren Graham, Dermot Mulroney, Alan Alda, and Bill Smitrovich. It was directed by director Marc Abraham. In the movie, Greg Kinnear invents a winshield wiper delay mechanism. He shows it to Ford, and they take his idea without telling or paying him. Throughout the movie, his marriage and family relations dissolve while he tried to prove he has rights to the invention. When he wins, it is bittersweet as on the one hand he has earned money, but on the other hand he has lost relationships and quality time with his family.
