Knee push up exercise

The Knee push up exercise is an easier way than the regular kind of push-ups.  In this movement, it is important to first lady face down on the ground.  Bend the knees and then raise the feat.  But the hands just outside the shoulders at job level.  Push towards the floor, lifting the body to extend the elbows and then lower the body until the chest begins to touch the floor.  Repeat the movement.
