I’ve had conversations with clients in the past who were sure that advertising with Google AdWords would give them an organic SEO boost as well. This is not the case, and has been verified on Google’s site this year. The only ways that a Google Adwords ad can help with additional traffic ar when someone clicks on the ad or reads the URL on the ad and then enters it in the browser by hand.
